Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date you received the item.

To initiate a cancellation, you must inform us with a clear statement through WhatsApp or email before returning the item.

Refund Terms

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • We will reimburse 80% of the product value (excluding tax and shipping charges).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items on clearance sale are not eligible for refunds.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Unsealed items that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items that are inseparably mixed with other goods post-delivery.

How to Return Items

When returning goods, you are responsible for the cost and risk of the return shipment. Use a reliable and trackable courier service. We cannot refund items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
