Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellation of orders before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. Cancellations cannot be accepted once the order has been dispatched.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 – 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@whitedragon.com with photos of the damaged product. We will review and initiate a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
